Conduct soft calling and maintain regular communication with customers.
Coordinate and follow up with clients, brokers, bank representatives, and internal departments.Prepare and manage documentation related to loan disbursement and legal procedures.Assist clients with post\-booking services and address queries/issues until possession.Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and other CRM\-related documentation.Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction.- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in customer relationship management within the real estate sector.
- Knowledge of SAP and DaeBuild software will be an added advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000\.00 per month
