#### **Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced **Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer** with strong expertise in **Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)/CRM** and the **Microsoft Power Platform**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and implementing enterprise\-grade CRM solutions while collaborating with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders.

#### **Key Responsibilities:**

• Design, develop, customize, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.
• Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, business process flows, ribbon customization, and security roles.
• Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript, PCF controls, and custom APIs using C\# and .NET.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Dataverse APIs.
• Develop Power Platform solutions using:

+ Power Apps (Canvas \& Model\-driven Apps)

+ Power Automate

+ Power Pages

+ Microsoft Dataverse

• Develop custom connectors and reusable Power Platform components.
• Participate in solution architecture, technical design, estimation, and code reviews.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service modules.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.

Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, QA teams, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
