Sr. Developer

We are looking to hire a Full Stack Developer to join our team and help us build innovative and scalable web applications with reusable and clear code.

Experience: 3 \- 4 Years (Relevant Experience Only)

Work Mode: WFO

Location: Seoni, Madhya Pradesh

Priority: Immediate /Maximum 15\-Day Notice Period Acceptable

Budget: 30,000\-45,000 Monthly (Professional Tax \& Insurance Deduction Exclusive)

Interview Rounds: 3 (HR, Technical, and Practical)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday–Friday) (1st \& 3rd Saturday will be Holiday) \| 9:30 AM–6:30 PM

Leave Policy: 6 Paid Leaves \*Terms Applied

Notice Period: 4 Month (Mandatory) \- If Bypassed, No Relieving/Experience Letter Allotted

Provisional Period: 90 Days

No salary will be provided if the candidate leaves the company within 15 days

Responsibility

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using **Laravel, NestJS, and NextJS**.
• Write clean, reusable, secure, and well\-documented code following best practices.
• Build and integrate REST APIs, databases, and third\-party services.
• Collaborate with the team to understand requirements, review code, test, debug, and deploy applications.
• Optimize application performance, security, and overall user experience.
• Develop, test, and deploy high\-quality Laravel code that matches the client's expectations.
• Connect with the team to gather and analyze project requirements.
• Provide technical support and assistance to other team members when required.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of relevant professional experience with **Laravel, NestJS, and NextJS**.
• Strong knowledge of **PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, MySQL, REST APIs, Git, and database design**.
• Experience with debugging, API integration, authentication, and performance optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with Agile development and modern deployment practices is an added advantage.
