The SF Dev 4 – Agentforce \+ Data \& Connectors plays a key role in implementing **agentic workflows and AI\-driven interactions** on the Salesforce platform. This role focuses on designing, building, and integrating intelligent agents, orchestration flows, and enterprise\-grade connectors to enable seamless conversational and automated experiences.

• Configure and deploy **Agentforce agents** for intelligent, goal\-driven interactions
• Design and build **orchestration workflows** to manage agent behavior and task execution
• Integrate **data sources and enterprise connectors** using APIs and event\-driven patterns
• Enable **conversational AI experiences** across Salesforce and integrated platforms
• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions
• Ensure **performance, reliability, and security** of agentic and integration workflows
• Contribute to **best practices, reusable patterns, and accelerators** for AI\-enabled delivery
• Support innovation initiatives by exploring emerging **AI, LLM, and automation capabilities**

### **Minimum Qualifications / Skills**

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, or equivalent
• 7\+ years of Salesforce development and solution experience
• Drive adoption of **next\-generation AI agents** within Salesforce ecosystems
• Enable **intelligent, automated workflows** that improve business outcomes
• Act as a **technical contributor** and thought partner in AI\-led transformation programs
• Support delivery excellence through **continuous improvement and innovation**
• Strong hands\-on experience with **Agentforce**
• Expertise in **APIs, integrations, and data connectivity**
• Experience in **workflow orchestration** and automation frameworks
• Solid understanding of **Salesforce platform development and architecture**

• *Preferred Qualifications**
