Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook \& Instagram), and Google platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in lead generation, campaign management, and performance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow LinkedIn company pages and personal branding campaigns
• Plan and execute LinkedIn organic and paid marketing campaigns
• Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram)
• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Generate quality leads through digital marketing channels
• Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Coordinate with the content and design team for campaign creatives
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing (Organic \& Paid)
• Hands\-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Experience managing Google Ads campaigns
• Understanding of Google Analytics and conversion tracking
• Experience in lead generation and performance marketing
• Good analytical and reporting skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with B2B and service\-based businesses
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
