Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead the organization's marketing function, drive brand growth, generate high\-quality leads, and implement AI\-driven marketing automation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, team leadership, CRM automation, WhatsApp marketing, performance marketing, and business growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and manage digital marketing, branding, lead generation, and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Drive revenue growth through performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
• Design and implement AI\-powered marketing automation and customer engagement strategies.
• Oversee WhatsApp Business API automation, chatbot workflows, and customer journey optimization.
• Manage CRM systems, lead nurturing processes, and marketing automation platforms.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and manage annual marketing budgets and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high\-performing marketing team.
• Establish KPIs, track campaign performance, and present strategic reports to management.
• Drive brand positioning, public relations, social media presence, and corporate communications.
