About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and result\-oriented **Senior Digital Marketing Manager** with 6–8 years of experience in digital marketing and a strong background in SEO. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on expertise in planning and executing digital marketing strategies, managing SEO campaigns, and communicating directly with clients.

The candidate should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and be capable of leading multiple projects while driving measurable business growth for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end\-to\-end digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, lead generation, and website traffic.
• Lead and manage SEO initiatives including technical SEO, on\-page optimization, off\-page activities, keyword research, and content strategy.
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Conduct website audits, competitor analysis, and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights based on analytics and data.
• Prepare monthly reports and present campaign results, recommendations, and growth strategies to clients.
• Communicate directly with clients to understand business objectives, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely delivery of digital marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging digital marketing practices.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance overall team performance.

Required Skills \& Experience

Must\-Have

• 6–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong hands\-on experience in SEO (On\-page, Off\-page, Technical SEO, Local SEO).
• Experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Proven experience in direct client communication and stakeholder management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
• Hands\-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong understanding of website performance metrics, lead generation, and conversion optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with international clients.
• Knowledge of PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.
• Familiarity with WordPress, basic HTML/CSS, and CMS platforms.
• Experience in team handling and mentoring.
• Exposure to AI\-driven marketing tools and automation platforms.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹70,000\.00 per month
