- *What success looks like in this role:**
- Lead the architecture, deployment, and management of Microsoft Azure infrastructure solutions aligned to business and operational requirements.
- Own Windows and Linux OS support in Azure, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, patching, and automation.
- Design and govern Infrastructure as Code ( IaC ) using Terraform, ARM, or Bicep templates.
- Drive Azure security and compliance across Azure AD, RBAC, NSGs, Key Vault, and monitoring tools.
- Implement and test backup and disaster recovery strategies using Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery.
- Lead major incident response and perform root cause analysis (RCA) with preventive improvements.
- Support CI/CD integrations using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Drive SRE practices including monitoring improvements and reliability engineering.
- Mentor L1/L2 engineers and guide operational best practices.
- Maintain documentation for architecture, SOPs, and operational procedures.
- *You will be successful in this role if you have:**
- 6\+ years of infrastructure/operations experience with 3\+ years in Azure.
- Expertise in Azure services: VMs, Storage, VNet , Azure AD, Load Balancer, Monitor.
- Strong Windows and Linux administration skills.
- Experience with Terraform, ARM, or Bicep.
- Strong Azure networking and security knowledge.
- Experience in incident and problem management (ITIL).
- Automation using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
