- *Position** : Sr. Engineer / Engineer – Front sales
- *Qualification** : BE Mechanical / Chemical / Instrumentation, MBA will be additional bonus, If qualification is Diploma, then add 2 to 3 more years to experience required

Job Description / Responsibilities
- 1\) Generate and manage aftermarket enquiries (spares, service) from End Users, OEMs, and Channel Partners.
- 2\) Build a region\-wise installed base database and identify opportunities for replacement, retrofitting, or servicing.
- 3\) Coordinate with internal teams (Application Engineering, Service, Dispatch) to ensure timely and accurate submission of offers and service commitments.
- 4\) Follow\-up on submitted offers and actively drive conversion of enquiries into orders.
- 5\) Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while maintaining profitability and alignment with company policies.
- 6\) Manage the enquiry\-to\-order pipeline using CRM or internal tools, ensuring timely updates, data accuracy, and clear follow\-up plans.
- 7\) Visit customer sites for service reviews \& technical discussions.
- 8\) Provide market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor benchmarking to the management team to improve offerings and response strategies.
- 9\) Support the development of the annual aftermarket sales plan and contribute to achievement of monthly revenue targets.
