Angular Serverless Skill Set Required \| Role Overview The Technical Expert will be part of Custom Applications team under Schneider Digital’s Enterprise IT organization. This position requires extensive experience in Web Application Development. We are looking for an individual with 5\+ Year of experience who has v Worked as Individual Contributor, managed and derived outcome from dev team. v Has Experience in running end\-to\-end project L3 / Enhancement; have handled real life complex problem independently / Project \& Run Delivery. handle business requirements and analysis, solution designing. v hands\-on development understanding with ability to sort\-out technical challenges / roadblocks faced by team on their day\-to\-day tasks. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Project \& Team Management: • Individual Contributor / technical Lead who can Contribute actively on technical stuff and manage end\-to\-end project delivery including planning, execution, risk management, UAT, deployment and transition to support. • Ensure adherence to SDLC/Agile practices, quality standards, and governance controls. • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies across teams. • Own execution of change requests, enhancements, and production defect fixes. Business Analysis \& Requirement Management: • translate business needs into functional and technical specs, drive impact analysis and backlog prioritization, lead UAT readiness and support rollout. Required Skills Core Competencies: • 5\+ years of experience in IT application development and Run Support, project management, business analysis with a mandatory hands\-on very background to understand code, review designs, and validate estimates. Technical Skills: • Understanding of web development standards, integrations, security with hands on experience in React/Node.js, RDBMS (PostgreSQL), Expert in AWS services (EC2, Lambda, Step Function, S3, SQS, SNS, Airflow, IAM etc.), Git, DevOps preferable Terraform • Python knowledge is good to have. Soft Skills: • High Ownership; Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with solid analytical and decision\-making abilities. Good to Have: • Exposure to enterprise\-scale applications and global stakeholders • Knowledge and Experience on AI Agents and Integration would be an added advantage.
