Broad outline of the Role
Candidate should have basic knowledge on troubleshooting the traditional IP of different product like GPVN ,ILL.
Education: Engineering Graduate (CCNA/CCNP certification preferred) Experience: 0\-2 years
Basic Skill required: layer 2 \& 3 Routing switching,
Must have good expertise on dynamic routing protocol BGP, MP\-BGP, OSPF , QOS .DHCP, HSRP , VRF , L2 VPN, L3 VPN, IPSEC, Crypto
Can apply their knowledge efficiently and work productively with broad instruction.
Can be aware about the HA failover
Efficiently communication skill, handling team \& escalation effectively.
Seeks the appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.
Working as shift lead role which is responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results within Service Assurance.
Able to identify problems and provide inputs to improve, change or adapt existing methods and techniques drawing from personal experiences and feedback. Actively acquires more complex skills, techniques, operating practices, knowledge of abstract concepts in order to progress toward full proficiency in the field of specialization. Has skills and knowledge that will allow them to adapt to effectively deal with unfamiliar issues, challenges, problems within their field of specialization.
Minimum Qualifications \& Experience
Graduate with 4\-6 years of experience
Other Knowledge \& Skills
Demonstration of problem\-solving skills
Prior experience of providing customer service support in fast paced, high availability, 24X7 environments.
Maintain awareness of latest technologies in the domain
Key Responsibilities
Taking ownership of customer issues reported, solving their problems through by providing resolution.
Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, identifying solutions to resolve system or application issues.
Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Ensure SLA are achieved and work proactively to maintain the same.
