- Having knowledge of the Machining Process in CNC/VMC, HMC \& part setup.
- Knowledge of Machine Shop Machining Drawing reading/understanding.
- Knowledge of GD\&T.
- Assisting operators with set up of jobs on machines, but ultimately training and mentoring operators to be self\-sufficient with support from the training manager.
- Providing technical input on matters such as tooling selection, processing parameters, work holding, processing sequence, finishing and packing.
- Carrying out induction training with new starters.
- Carrying out staff appraisals, supervisions and return to work meetings.
- Ensuring that the team remain in date with mandatory training.
- Carrying out spot checks to ensure quality levels.
Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
