This requisition is open for candidate Varada Raich for Lateral move / Promotion .

Below are business justification details as discussed with senior management.

• *Demonstrated capabilities:**

Varada has been a **key contributor to CDU Redgate feature delivery and the primary customer interface for Redgate validation activities.**

She **owns Testmo administration, led vendor coordination across US and India teams, established a robust test management framework, and successfully integratedGitLab** with Testmo to improve traceability and reporting. She is a subject matter expert in Redfish validation, conformance testing, event management, defect investigation, androot cause analysis across INC, IPSL, and Redgate programs. As a shared resource, she also contributed to DSVS ACS Cloud Tunnel protocol testing.

Varada has improved testing efficiency through AI\-assisted automation, Redfish API coverage, and reporting workflows, reducing validation cycle time. She is also responsible forpublishing Validation Release Reports, providing critical visibility into product quality, validation progress, and release readiness. Her key expertise spans Testmo Administration,Redfish Conformance \& Event Management Testing across all KVMS Firmware \& Software Product, Cloud Protocol Testing, AI\-driven Test Automation \& Reporting, and LegacyFeature Validation. For all the legacy feature validations on IPSL,INC,IPUHD she is go to person.

• *What he/she will do differently in new role (new role scope/responsibilities):**

• Varada will be playing the full ownership as senior QA engineer for UPS 800 INC project for future road map. Will be taking over this responsibility from Ashish T13 resource.
• She will have to conduct validation test and discussions with single phase team performing cross BU interactions.
• Setting up workflows for CI/CD during integration test phase for UPS800 INC.
• Testmo integration into automation worklows with Gitlab which will be a major task and involve vendor coordination.
• Additionally she will be doing new feature into IPSL/INC for functional domains like ipsec , CSV CVE, IPSL\-CLI and other POC which would need senior level of expertise andownership.
