• *Job Description****Role and Responsibility:**

The key responsibilities in this role as mentioned below.

• Work with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.

• Design and implement end to end digital solutions for clients.
• Create tagging documentation based on requirements, while including baseline coverage on all pages and links and complying with client’s solutions designs.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to adobe analytics / other analytics implementation and data collection.

• Work as consultant and provide valuable strategic insights to customers to help them meet business objectives.
• Understanding the behavior and expectations of online visitors

• Provide support in building relationships and partnership with key stakeholders.

• Working with web development and marketing teams to implement tagging solutions.

• Build and maintain Adobe Analytics dashboards, reports, scorecards, and automated reporting solutions for business stakeholders.

• Analyze digital performance data and provide actionable insights, trends, and recommendations to improve business outcomes

• *Core Competencies and Knowledge required:**

• Bachelor/ master’s degree from a reputed university

• 3 to 6 Years of experience in web analytics implementation using Adobe.

Adobe Launch / Tealium and others web analytics is mandatory.

• Should have experience in end\-to\-end implementation of adobe analytics, google analytics tags from end to end on websites.

• Hands on knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery etc. manage the implementation.
• Good to have experience working on Firebase SDK and app Analytics.

• Hands\-on experience with Adobe Analytics reporting, Workspace dashboards, calculated metrics, segments, report automation, and insight generation.

• Good understanding of digital marketing KPIs, customer journey analysis, conversion funnel reporting, and performance measurement.

• *Other Details:**

Since the role would also include to support USA and Europe regions, the associate should have the flexibility to work in shift of 2pm to 11 pm OR in regular India working hours. (Subject to change)
