Sr. Executive - Maintenance (Chemical)

Position: Sr. Executive \- Mainenance

• *Responsibilities.**

• Plan works and oversee their execution through department officers in coordination with the plant on a daily basis
• Plan for preventive maintenance and its implementation
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and computer\-generated reports.
• Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles.
• Allocate work plan to contractors and issue permits accordingly on a daily basis
• Check and maintain utility consumption records on a daily basis
• Prepare ERs and indents on a daily basis
• Confer with engineers /other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information.
• Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions.
• Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew.
• Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work
• Develop and test models of alternate designs and processing methods to assess feasibility, operating condition effects, possible new applications and necessity of modification.
• Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.
