Sr. Executive MIS

1\. Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail\-oriented Sr. Executive – MIS to develop, automate, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and interactive dashboards. The candidate should have strong expertise in Advanced Excel, Macros, SQL, Power Query, Power BI, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and Tableau.

The role involves consolidating data from multiple sources, generating business insights, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting management in data\-driven decision\-making through effective reporting and dashboard automation.

2\. Key Responsibilities

1\. Develop, automate, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Advanced Excel, Macros, Power Query, SQL, and BI tools.

2\. Create, manage, and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI, Looker Studio, and Tableau.

3\. Consolidate and analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends, performance gaps, variances, and business insights.

4\. Automate repetitive reporting processes to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and turnaround time.

5\. Develop and maintain cloud\-based MIS databases and centralized reporting systems for easy data accessibility.

6\. Implement and maintain MIS SOPs, standardized reporting formats, documentation, and version control procedures.

7\. Coordinate with multiple departments to collect, validate, and consolidate data for management reporting.

8\. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and timely submission of all MIS reports.

9\. Develop customized reports and dashboards based on management requirements and business KPIs.

10\. Identify opportunities for process improvement through reporting automation and system enhancements.

11\. Maintain historical MIS data, reporting records, and data backups for future analysis and reference.

12\. Provide analytical support to management for business performance monitoring and strategic decision\-making.

3\. Required Technical Skills

 MS Excel: Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX\-MATCH, VBA, Macros, Power Query, Power Pivot.

 SQL: Data extraction, queries, joins, filtering, aggregation, and database management.

 Power BI: Dashboard development, Data Modelling, DAX, Power Query, and report publishing.

 Google Sheets: Advanced formulas, automation, data validation, and cloud\-based reporting.

 Looker Studio: Interactive dashboards, data visualization, and reporting.

 Tableau: Dashboard creation, data visualization, and analytical reporting.

 Additional Skills: MIS documentation, data management, KPI tracking, and report automation.

4\. Required Competencies

 Reduction in manual reporting time and errors.

 Timely development and enhancement of management dashboards.

 Effective coordination with departments for data collection and validation.

 Compliance with MIS SOPs and documentation standards.

6\. Preferred Industry Experience

Experience in Manufacturing, Automobile, EV, Lithium\-ion Battery, Electronics, or other industrial sectors will be preferred.

Note: Candidates should have practical hands\-on experience in MIS reporting, dashboard development, data analytics, and reporting automation.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
