Sr. Frontend Developer ( LY-CR 03)

We are looking for a Sr. Frontend Developer who can translate thoughtful design into smooth, scalable, and delightful digital experiences. **Key Responsibilities*** **Design System Development**

+ Build, maintain, and scale Lemon Yellow's Design System.

+ Collaborate closely with designers to translate UI/UX requirements into reusable components.

+ Ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability across digital products.

+ Work extensively with Figma to bridge design and development.

• **Frontend Development**

+ Convert wireframes, prototypes, and mockups into interactive user interfaces.

+ Develop responsive, accessible, and pixel\-perfect web applications using modern frontend technologies.

+ Build and maintain applications using React.js and React Native.

+ Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and services.

• **AI\-Powered Development**

+ Actively use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and similar platforms to improve productivity.

+ Automate repetitive development tasks and streamline workflows using AI\-assisted coding practices.

+ Stay updated on emerging AI technologies that enhance software development.

• **Interaction \& Motion**

+ Create engaging animations and micro\-interactions using GSAP or similar libraries.

+ Ensure motion design enhances usability without compromising performance.

+ Implement intuitive and accessible user interactions.

• **API Integration \& Performance**

+ Integrate RESTful APIs and third\-party services.

+ Ensure secure and efficient data handling.

+ Optimize frontend performance, reliability, and scalability.

• **Code Quality \& Collaboration**

+ Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.

+ Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.

+ Maintain cross\-browser compatibility and responsive layouts.

+ Collaborate with designers, strategists, developers, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.

• **Continuous Learning**

+ Explore new frameworks, tools, and methodologies.

+ Share knowledge and contribute to team learning initiatives.

+ Bring innovative ideas that improve development processes and product quality.

• *Requirements**

• + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

+ Minimum 7\+ years of frontend development experience.

+ Strong hands\-on experience with

+ React.js

+ React Native

+ JavaScript (ES6\+)

+ HTML5, CSS3, SASS

+ Figma

+ Experience building and maintaining design systems.

+ Practical experience using AI tools such as

+ Cursor

+ Experience integrating REST APIs and backend services.

+ Strong understanding of responsive and accessible web development.

+ Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.

+ Experience with Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap.

+ Knowledge of WordPress or Webflow.

+ Understanding of component libraries and scalable frontend architecture.

+ Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
