Sr. Full Stack Developer Python, PHP , Laravel

Payplex Solutions Private Limited is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in Python, PHP, and Laravel. This role involves building scalable web applications using React for the frontend and Python or PHP for the backend. You will work across the entire stack, integrating APIs, handling databases, and delivering clean, maintainable code in a fast-paced IT environment. Additionally, you will lead a team of over 20 employees, overseeing their work and ensuring project success. Key responsibilities include developing responsive user interfaces with React.js, constructing and maintaining backend APIs using Python frameworks like Django, FastAPI, or Flask and PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Core PHP, integrating frontend components with REST APIs, designing and managing databases including MySQL and PostgreSQL, and implementing security measures like authentication, authorization, and role-based access control. Strong full-stack development skills and leadership abilities are essential.
