\*\*Role Description\*\*
This is a full\-time, on\-site position for a Senior Design Specialist based in Coimbatore. The Senior Design Specialist will lead end\-to\-end design initiatives, from concept development to final delivery across both digital and print media. Responsibilities include creating visually compelling graphics, developing brand\-aligned design systems, and collaborating with marketing, product, and strategy teams to translate business goals into effective visual solutions. The role involves conducting design and market research, preparing detailed design presentations, and iterating based on feedback to ensure high\-quality outcomes. The specialist will also mentor junior designers, maintain design standards, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and creativity within the team.
\*\*Qualifications\*\*
\- Strong skills in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing work in brand, digital, and marketing design.
\- Experience with Computer\-Aided Design (CAD) and architectural visualization, particularly for spatial, structural, or environmental concepts.
\- Proficiency in design research, including user, market, and trend analysis to inform and validate design decisions.
\- Advanced knowledge of industry\-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar).
\- Proven experience in a senior or lead design role, preferably within an agency or fast\-paced startup environment.
\- Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling for multi\-channel campaigns.
\- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design rationale to non\-design stakeholders.
\- Ability to collaborate cross\-functionally, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
\- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
\- Familiarity with data\-informed design, AI\-driven tools, and a willingness to experiment with emerging technologies is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
