Job Description
- *Job Summary**
We are looking for an 5\+ years experienced HR \& Admin Executive with strong expertise in **Labour Laws, Factory Act compliance, and Industrial Relations**. The ideal candidate should have in\-depth knowledge of statutory compliance, employee relations, and factory HR operations. The role requires spending approximately **70% of the time at the factory** (Vasai) and **30% at the Head Office** (Andheri) to ensure smooth coordination between both locations.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure complete compliance with applicable **Labour Laws, Factory Act, Industrial Disputes Act, Shops \& Establishments Act**, and other statutory regulations.
- Handle end\-to\-end **factory HR operations** and maintain statutory records and registers.
- Address and resolve grievances of workers, staff, supervisors, and engineers in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain healthy employee relations while promoting a positive work environment.
- Coordinate with factory management and Head Office for HR activities and employee\-related matters.
- Conduct disciplinary proceedings, counselling sessions, domestic enquiries, and support corrective actions wherever required.
- Liaise with government authorities such as the Labour Department, Factory Inspectorate, PF, ESIC, and other statutory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and welfare requirements as per the Factory Act.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, leave administration, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives for factory employees.
- Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and statutory compliance reports.
- Assist during labour inspections, internal audits, and external compliance audits.
- Ensure timely communication and effective coordination between the factory and Head Office.
- *Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:**
- MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources Indian Labour Laws, Factory Act, Industrial Relations or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of **Indian Labour Laws, Factory Act, Industrial Relations, and statutory compliance**.
- Proven experience in handling **workmen, contract labour, supervisors, and engineers**.
- Excellent grievance handling, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make sound HR decisions.
- Good documentation and report preparation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.85 per month
