Dear candidate we are hiring for HR Executive for the ASA Riders LLP (Royal Enfiled)

Key Responsibilities1\. Recruitment \& Selection

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for staff, technicians, sales executives, service advisors, and other positions.
• Coordinate job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and manpower reports.
• Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements on time.

2\. Attendance \& Payroll

• Maintain daily employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
• Monitor late arrivals, absenteeism, overtime, and weekly offs.
• Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for monthly salary processing.
• Maintain employee records related to salary, incentives, deductions, and leave balances.

3\. Employee Onboarding \& Documentation

• Complete joining formalities and employee induction.
• Maintain personal files, appointment letters, offer letters, and other HR documents.
• Ensure employee documentation is accurate and updated.
• Manage employee confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.

4\. Statutory Compliance

• Coordinate compliance related to PF, ESI, professional tax, labour laws, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Maintain statutory registers, employee records, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants and government authorities whenever required.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with applicable labour regulations.

5\. Employee Relations \& Engagement

• Address employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Monitor employee discipline, absenteeism, and retention.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
