We are looking for a Senior HR Executive (Plant HR) to manage day\-to\-day HR operations at the manufacturing plant. The role involves payroll administration, attendance management, recruitment coordination, employee engagement, HR reporting, and compliance support.
*Key Responsibilities**
Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and overtime records
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews, and onboarding processes
Prepare HR MIS reports and support management reporting
Handle employee grievances and engagement initiatives
Support statutory compliance and labor law\-related activities
Coordinate with department heads on manpower requirements
Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and procedures
*Requirements**
MBA (HR), MSW, PGDHRM, or Graduate with relevant HR experience
2–4 years of experience in Plant HR or Manufacturing HR
Knowledge of payroll processing and HR operations
Understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMIS systems
Good communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills

Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment
Strong administrative and employee management skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR responsibilities
