Sr. HR Executive (Non - IT Recruitment)

• *Job Description**

• Drive **end\-to\-end recruitment** for Sales, Retail, Corporate and support functions.
• Handle high\-volume **sales \& frontline hiring**
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, salary discussions and offer coordination.
• Conduct **new employee induction and onboarding** programs.
• Plan and execute **employee engagement activities** and initiatives.
• Support employee communication and day\-to\-day HR activities.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers and HR records.
• Support HR projects related to **training, performance management and employee development**.

• *Requirement**

• **2\+ years of HR experience**, with strong exposure to **non\-IT recruitment**.
• Experience in **Sales / Retail / Frontline hiring** will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities independently.
• Energetic, proactive and people\-oriented approach.
• Good working knowledge of **Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS**.
• **Full time MBA** in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.

Pay: From ₹21,000\.00 per month
