Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist with 5\+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. The role requires managing end\-to\-end HR functions while ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and a positive employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesHR OperationsManage end\-to\-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalitiesMaintain and update employee records in HRMS with high accuracyImplement and enforce HR policies and proceduresAct as the first point of contact for employee queriesPayroll \& ComplianceProcess monthly payroll with accuracy and timelinessManage compensation structures, reimbursements, bonuses, and deductionsEnsure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.)Coordinate with finance and external payroll vendorsHandle payroll audits and reportingOnboarding \& InductionManage end\-to\-end onboarding process for new hiresConduct induction and orientation programsEnsure smooth documentation and joining formalitiesEmployee EngagementPlan and execute employee engagement activities and initiativesDrive employee satisfaction and retention strategiesConduct surveys and gather feedback to improve workplace cultureSupport internal communication and engagement campaignsPerformance ManagementSupport and manage performance appraisal cyclesAssist managers in goal setting, reviews, and feedback processesTrack performance metrics and improvement plansEnsure timely completion of appraisals and documentationCompliance \& DocumentationEnsure adherence to labor laws and company policiesMaintain statutory registers and HR documentationSupport internal and external auditsReporting \& MISGenerate HR dashboards and reports (headcount, attrition, payroll, performance)Analyze HR data to support decision\-makingRequired Skills \& QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)5\+ years of experience in HR Generalist roleStrong knowledge of payroll and statutory complianceHands\-on experience with HRMS and payroll systemsGood understanding of Indian labor lawsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesPreferred SkillsAdvanced Excel and reporting skillsExperience in employee engagement programsStrong problem\-solving and conflict resolution skillsKey CompetenciesAttention to detailConfidentiality and integrityAnalytical thinkingEmployee\-centric mindsetAbility to work in a fast\-paced environment.
