Job Description

  • *About the Role**

We are looking for a proactive, target\-driven, and process\-oriented Recruiter to strengthen our talent acquisition function. The role involves managing end\-to\-end recruitment, building talent pipelines, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth candidate onboarding.

The Recruiter will work closely with the HR Manager and hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements efficiently while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • *Talent Acquisition \& Recruitment**
  • Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for assigned positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other hiring channels.
  • Conduct telephonic screening and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.
  • Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment reports.
  • *Sourcing \& Pipeline Management**
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
  • Use LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean searches, and job boards effectively.
  • Maintain candidate database for quick turnaround on urgent requirements.
  • *Interview Coordination**
  • Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and interviewers.
  • Ensure smooth interview flow and minimize drop\-offs.
  • Collect interview feedback and update candidate status.
  • *Candidate Experience \& Communication**
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure a professional and transparent hiring experience.
  • Handle offer discussions and joining follow\-ups.
  • *Documentation \& Compliance**
  • Collect and verify candidate documents before onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and recruitment documents.
  • Ensure all candidate details are updated in the HRMS (Keka).
  • *Reporting \& Analytics**
  • Update recruitment MIS and daily hiring reports.
  • Track KPIs such as interview\-to\-selection ratio and joining ratio.
  • Provide regular updates to the HR Manager.
  • *Required Experience**
  • 3–6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Hands\-on experience with job portals like LinkedIn recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and WorkIndia.
  • Experience in bulk hiring and lateral hiring is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HRMS (Keka or similar platform) is an added advantage.
