Sr. HR Executive

We’re looking for a hands\-on, execution\-driven HR Executive to build and manage the people side of our business across stores, kitchens, and corporate teams. You’ll make sure every team member works to our standards in hygiene, food safety, and conduct, while building a culture of ownership and teamwork. This is a field\-based role for someone who enjoys being on the ground, solving real problems, and driving real change.

• *What You’ll Do**

Run end\-to\-end hiring for store, kitchen, and corporate roles.Build a steady talent pipeline through institute outreach and industry networking.Complete background verification and documentation before onboarding.Plan manpower across outlets to avoid staffing gaps

• *Training \& Development**

Design and run structured training on personal hygiene, food handling, sanitation SOPs, and allergen awareness.Maintain audit\-ready training records and competency benchmarks.Conduct on\-ground evaluations and refresher sessions.Compliance \& Audits.Maintain employee files, training logs, and medical fitness records of food handlers.Prepare teams for internal and external audits (ISO or equivalent).Identify compliance gaps and work with operations to close them

• *Health, Hygiene \& Discipline**

Enforce uniform, grooming, hygiene, and illness\-reporting policies.Ensure timely medical check\-ups for all staff.Take prompt corrective action on violations and document it.Performance \& Attendance.Build KPI\-based performance systems and run structured reviews.Manage attendance, shift planning, and leave across locations.Keep clear records of warnings and disciplinary actions, applied fairly and consistently

• *Engagement \& Culture**

Visit stores regularly and hold one\-on\-ones to understand and resolve concerns.Handle conflicts fairly and professionally.Run engagement initiatives that improve retention and morale.

• *Policy Development**

Develop and maintain HR policies, the code of conduct, and food safety and behavior standards. Evolve our HR framework as we grow.

• *What We’re Looking For**

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred) 2 years of HR experience, ideally in food \& beverage, hospitality, retail, or multi\-outlet operations

Working knowledge of labour laws, and awareness of FSSAI and food safety requirements

Strong communication and influencing skills, in English and Hindi (Punjabi is a plus)

Firm but fair approach to discipline, with the ability to keep employees’ trust

Comfort with frequent travel between outlets

Proficiency in MS Excel and HR record\-keeping

Pay: ₹240,000\.00 \- ₹300,000\.00 per year
