Sr. HR Generalist

• *Role \& Responsibilities:**

· Handling end\-to\-end HR operations including attendance, leave, and payroll management (PF \& ESIC).

· Managing recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.

· Drafting and implementing HR policies and processes.

· Conducting employee engagement activities, training, and R\&R programs.

· Addressing grievances and ensuring effective employee relations.

· Overseeing admin and compliance\-related work.

Supporting management with regular HR reports and analytics.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
