Sr. HR Manager

• *Job Title:** Senior HR Manager

• *Qualification:**

• MBA in Human Resources (HR) or equivalent qualification.

• *Experience:**

• 10–12 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or infrastructure industries.

• *Key Roles \& Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end\-to\-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives.
• Identify training needs and oversee learning and development programs.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and performance appraisal systems.
• Maintain HRMIS, employee records, and HR analytics for management reporting.
• Partner with department heads to resolve workforce and organizational issues.
• Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure efficient HR operations.
• Handle grievance management, conflict resolution, and employee counseling.
• Support audits, compliance activities, and HR documentation.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure adherence to company values.

• *Required Skills:**

• Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Proficiency in HRMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem\-solving, negotiation, and decision\-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
