Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in the export industry, to manage end\-to\-end HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, compliance and organisational development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, induction and employee offboarding.
• Handle manpower planning and recruitment for various departments, including Export Documentation, Export Purchase, Logistics, Accounts and Marketing.
• Manage payroll processing, attendance, leave management and employee records.
• Implement HR policies, procedures and employee\-related processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.
• Manage employee engagement activities, performance management and retention strategies.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate training and development programmes to improve employee performance.
• Work closely with management and department heads on HR strategies and workforce planning.
• Prepare HR MIS reports, analyse employee data and present reports to senior management.

Candidate Requirements

• MBA in Human Resources is mandatory.
• Minimum 5\+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the export industry.
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of HR operations, payroll, recruitment and labour law compliance.
• Ability to independently manage the complete HR department.
• Strong decision\-making, problem\-solving and team\-management skills.
