Sr. HR Recruiter

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage **end\-to\-end recruitment** for Affiliate Marketing \& Digital Marketing roles
• Hire for positions such as **Affiliate Managers, Media Buyers, SEO, PPC, Performance Marketers, Content \& Social Media roles**
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Source candidates through **LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and niche communities**
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit
• Handle **offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding coordination**
• Maintain recruitment metrics, pipelines, and hiring reports
• Ensure **positive candidate experience** throughout the hiring process
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 4\+ years of recruitment experience, **mandatory experience in Affiliate \& Digital Marketing hiring**
• Strong understanding of **digital marketing roles, tools, and KPIs**
• Proven experience in **bulk and niche hiring**
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a **fast\-paced, target\-driven environment**
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools
