HR Executive / HR Generalist – Soni Group of Companies (Indore)

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment \& Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for all group companies.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.
  • Conduct induction and onboarding for new employees.

Employee Relations

  • Maintain healthy employee relationships and resolve workplace concerns.
  • Support employee engagement activities, team\-building events, and recognition programs.
  • Ensure smooth communication between employees and management.

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and relieving letters.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database.
  • Coordinate exit formalities and conduct exit interviews.

Payroll \& Compliance

  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory documentation.
  • Support internal and external HR audits.

Performance Management

  • Assist in employee performance reviews.
  • Track probation and confirmation processes.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives.
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend learning programs.

HR Administration

  • Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • Generate HR reports and MIS for management.
  • Support other administrative activities as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, BBA, B.Com, or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
  • 1–4 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Executive role.
  • Freshers with excellent communication and HR internship experience may also apply.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong recruitment and interviewing skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Payroll coordination experience is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem\-solving mindset with high integrity and professionalism.

  • Experience handling recruitment across multiple business verticals.
  • Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and decision\-making skills.
