Sr. HR Recruiter

• Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidate profiles as per job requirements.
• **Conduct telephonic screening and preliminary candidate assessments.**
• Explain job roles, company information, compensation structure, and interview
• process to candidates.
• **Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for assigned positions.**
• Generate quality candidate leads and maintain consistent sourcing activity.
• Contact and invite shortlisted candidates for interviews.
• **Schedule interviews and coordinate with Senior HR Recruiters and hiring managers.**
• Ensure candidates receive interview details, location information, and joining
• instructions.
• **Conduct regular follow\-ups to improve interview attendance and joining ratios.**
• Track candidate movement through each stage of the recruitment process.
• **Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience.**
• Reporting \& Recruitment Operations
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring trackers.
• **Submit daily, weekly, and monthly hiring reports.**
• Track interviews, selections, offers, joinings, and dropouts.
• **Identify recruitment bottlenecks and recommend solutions.**
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment processes and SOPs.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring records.
• **Update candidate status at every stage of the recruitment lifecycle.**
• Record daily calling activities, interview schedules, and follow\-up reports.
• **Ensure recruitment data is accurate, updated, and readily available.**
• Support Senior HR Recruiters with reporting and documentation.
• **Follow company recruitment SOPs, processes, and compliance requirements.**

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
