• *Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer with 9–10 years of professional experience in residential, commercial, and office interior projects.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Design \& Planning**

• Develop innovative interior design concepts based on client requirements and project objectives.
• Prepare space planning layouts, mood boards, presentations, and design concepts.
• Create detailed working drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and joinery details.
• Review and verify BOQs, drawings, and project specifications
• Should have worked on Institutional Projects.

• *Client Coordination**

• Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and preferences.
• Present design concepts, material selections, and project proposals.
• Manage client expectations and incorporate feedback into design solutions.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

• *Project Management**

• Lead multiple projects simultaneously from design development to project completion.
• Prepare project timelines and monitor design deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets and timelines.

• *Site Coordination \& Supervision**

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and quality.
• Review site execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Resolve site\-related design and technical issues.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of work.

• *Procurement \& Vendor Management**

• Assist in vendor selection and material procurement.
• Review quotations and compare specifications and costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials and furnishings.

• *Team Leadership**

• Guide and mentor junior designers and drafting teams.
• Review drawings and design documentation prepared by team members.
• Ensure adherence to company design standards and quality benchmarks.

• *Technical Skills**

• Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **SketchUp**, **3ds Max**, **V\-Ray**, and **Photoshop**.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and interior detailing.

Pay: ₹75,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
