Sr IT Analyst

• *Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8\+ years of experience across IT business analysis, enterprise applications, business process improvement, project delivery, data, reporting, or analytics.
• Experience supporting global business applications and coordinating requirements, priorities, testing, implementation, and support across business and technical teams.
• Ability to break down complex business problems, communicate them in plain language, and convert them into clear, actionable project requirements.
• 3\+ years of hands\-on Power BI experience, including dashboards, data visualization, DAX, and Power Query.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational and dimensional modeling, data warehouses, ETL, and data integration.
• Experience with requirements management, process mapping, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, business QA, and user acceptance testing.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment.

• Partner with global business and IT stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, application needs, pain points, and operational challenges.
• Analyze complex business issues and explain them in clear, non\-technical language for business leaders, users, and project teams.
• Translate business needs into well\-defined project scope, business requirements, user stories, process flows, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate cross\-functional stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and application owners from discovery through delivery and support.
• Lead workshops, solution reviews, business QA, user acceptance testing, change readiness, and implementation activities.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve applications, strengthen controls, and increase operational efficiency.

• *Business Applications, Intelligence \& Analytics**

• Support and improve global business applications and integrations across functions such as finance, sales, supply chain, manufacturing, service, and operations.
• Design, develop, and support Power BI dashboards, reports, scorecards, KPIs, and executive reporting using DAX, Power Query, drill\-through, bookmarks, and interactive visualizations.
• Build and support multidimensional and tabular models using the Microsoft SQL Server BI stack, including SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.
• Use SQL to curate, query, and analyze large datasets; create custom views and convert raw data into actionable insights.
• Develop analytical models, data\-mining solutions, and AI/ML initiatives; assess new data sources and techniques.
• Test, optimize, reconcile, and support deployed dashboards, scripts, cubes, datasets, and recurring reports.

• *Data Engineering, Governance \& Support**

• Design, develop, document, and maintain data warehouse, ETL, integration, migration, and transformation processes.
• Maintain data models, mappings, dictionaries, specifications, algorithms, parameters, data flows, and transformation documentation.
• Ensure data quality, confidentiality, integrity, traceability, availability, security, and appropriate sensitivity controls.
• Advance Master Data Management and data governance practices across systems and datasets.
• Manage and coordinate the support queue for business applications, data, BI, reporting, SharePoint, and Power Automate requests.
• Recommend improvements to enterprise applications and BI platforms and contribute to the global Business Applications and Data \& Analytics roadmaps.
