Sr. IT Executive

We are hiring for **Sr. IT Executive** for our company at West zone Location.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• *Multi\-Site Hardware \& Software Support**

Act as the primary IT point of contact for five locations: Miyapur, Bachupally, Kokapet, Madhapur, and Mokila.

End\-User Support: Troubleshoot laptop/desktop hardware and software issues.

Peripherals: Maintain and repair office/classroom equipment including printers and projectors.

OS \& Data: Resolve Operating System (OS) errors and manage critical data backup protocols to prevent data loss.

Cloud Productivity: Act as Microsoft Office 365 related user issues.

• *Network \& Connectivity**

Networking: Diagnose and rectify complex networking system problems.

ISP Coordination: Liaise with Internet Service Providers to resolve downtime and ensure high\-speed connectivity.

Infrastructure: Expert handling of Router Installation, IP address conflicts, and Port Forwarding configurations.

Remote Resolution: Provide technical support to remote employees via screen\-sharing tools.

• *Security \& Access Control**

Surveillance (CCTV): Troubleshooting camera feeds, resolving cabling issues, and performing cable crimping (RJ45/Cat6\).

Access Control: Maintain and fix Biometric attendance machines, ensuring data syncs correctly with the central server.

• *IT Administration \& Finance**

Asset Management: Maintain a rigorous inventory of all IT assets across all five locations.

Financial Coordination: Handle IT\-related payments, renewal tracking for IT services.

Pay: ₹27,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
