Sr. IT Manager - Steel Plant

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Manager to manage our company's IT infrastructure, hardware, software, networking, cybersecurity, and business applications to ensure smooth and secure operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage desktops, laptops, servers, printers, networking, and IT infrastructure.
• Handle software installation, updates, licensing, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain ERP, accounting, inventory, sales, and purchase software, as applicable.
• Manage LAN/WAN, Wi\-Fi, firewall, CCTV, and biometric systems, wherever applicable.
• Ensure data backup, cybersecurity, antivirus protection, and access control.
• Manage IT assets, inventory, AMC, vendor coordination, and procurement.
• Lead IT support staff and provide timely technical assistance to employees.
• Implement IT policies, improve system efficiency, and minimize downtime
