Senior Java \& Oracle Developer

We're seeking an experienced backend developer for a enhancement effort on an established enterprise application. You'll work across Java application code and Oracle database logic, ship through a modern CI/CD toolchain, and use AI developer tools to move fast. Must be self\-directed and able to ramp quickly with minimal onboarding.

Must have

Core Java (8\+) and the Apache Struts framework

Oracle PL/SQL — stored procedures, functions, packages — and strong SQL

Maven, Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Docker, Oracle SQL Developer

Hands\-on with AI developer tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, Kiro) and agentic IDEs — effective prompting to unblock and accelerate work, with the judgment to review and validate AI output

Unit/integration testing with a disciplined, correctness\-first approach

Nice to have: financial/billing or data\-sensitive systems, config\-driven refactoring of legacy logic, phased/reversible deployment, batch/feed processing
