- **Manage enhancements, change requests, and system improvements**

- **Configure and optimize Workday modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Optimization, Recruitment and Onboarding, Expense, Integration, Absence, Reporting and all other major modules**

- **Ensure accuracy of system data and integrity of HR processes**

- **Perform system testing and coordinate release management**
