Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – HR to lead the HR function at our manufacturing facility in Wada, Palghar. The role will drive strategic HR initiatives, plant HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, statutory compliance and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Operations: Lead end\-to\-end HR operations, HR policies, employee lifecycle management and HRMS.
• Talent Acquisition: Drive recruitment for plant and corporate positions, ensuring timely manpower availability.
• Plant HR \& Employee Relations: Manage blue\-collar and white\-collar workforce, employee grievances, disciplinary matters and engagement initiatives.
• Payroll \& Compensation: Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, salary inputs, incentives and employee settlements.
• Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESIC, PT, CLRA, Factory Act and other statutory requirements.
• Performance Management: Drive performance appraisals, confirmation processes, talent reviews and employee development.
• Learning \& Development: Identify training needs and implement capability\-building initiatives.
• Contract Labour Management: Oversee contract workforce administration, contractor management and statutory documentation.
• HR MIS \& Analytics: Monitor manpower cost, attrition, absenteeism, productivity and other HR metrics.
• Strategic HR: Partner with business leadership to align HR initiatives with organisational and operational goals.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources.
• 8–12 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in plant HR, employee relations and labour law compliance.
• Experience managing blue\-collar and white\-collar workforce.
• Hands\-on exposure to payroll, talent acquisition and performance management.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Industry: Manufacturing / FMCG / Food Processing.

Pay: ₹80,000\.00 \- ₹100,000\.00 per month
