We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented **Sr. Manager\-MEP** to lead and manage end\-to\-end MEP project execution across warehouses, retail, commercial, and industrial facilities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, strategic project management capabilities, commercial acumen, and proven leadership experience in handling large\-scale and multiple MEP projects.

• **Key Responsibilities:***

• *1\. Project Planning \& Execution**

• Lead end\-to\-end execution of MEP projects, ensuring timely delivery within approved budgets and contractual commitments.
• Develop project execution strategies, detailed schedules, resource plans, and milestone\-based delivery plans.
• Monitor project progress, identify execution bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee site operations and ensure smooth coordination across all project activities.

• *2\. Technical \& Design Coordination**

• Review and approve MEP drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Coordinate with design consultants, architects, civil teams, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and allied MEP installations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, statutory requirements, approved drawings, and project specifications.

• *3\. Budgeting \& Cost Control**

• Manage project budgets, cost estimates, BOQs, billing, and financial forecasting.
• Monitor material consumption, manpower costs, productivity, and overall project profitability.
• Coordinate with procurement and commercial teams for vendor finalisation, material planning, rate negotiations, and cost optimisation.
• Review variations, additional works, client claims, contractor bills, and commercial proposals.

• *4\. Client \& Stakeholder Management**

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal management.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and communicate project progress, risks, costs, and deliverables.
• Manage client expectations, resolve escalations, and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Ensure effective coordination between internal departments and project teams.

• *5\. Quality, Safety \& Compliance**

• Ensure adherence to quality assurance, quality control, and occupational health and safety standards.
• Conduct periodic site inspections, quality audits, and project progress reviews.
• Ensure proper testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final project handover.
• Maintain project documentation, inspection reports, compliance records, and handover documentation.

• *6\. Team Leadership \& Resource Management**

• Lead, guide, and mentor Project Managers, MEP Engineers, Site Engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Allocate manpower and resources effectively across multiple projects.
• Establish accountability for project timelines, quality, productivity, and safety.
• Identify team training requirements and promote continuous improvement in project execution.

• *7\. Reporting \& Project Monitoring**

• Prepare and review project progress reports, MIS, dashboards, and management updates.
• Monitor project KPIs, including schedule adherence, budget utilisation, quality performance, and client satisfaction.
• Identify project risks, delays, cost overruns, and resource constraints, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure timely submission of bills, measurement sheets, as\-built drawings, and project closure documents.

• **Required Qualifications \& Experience:***

• *Educational Qualification**

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
• Postgraduate qualification or certification in Project Management will be an added advantage.

• *Professional Experience**

• Minimum 10\+ years of overall experience in MEP project execution and management.
• Proven experience in leading large\-scale or multiple MEP projects.
• Experience in warehouses, retail, commercial, industrial, or data centre projects will be preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in project planning, budgeting, cost control, client management, vendor coordination, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
• Proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects from inception to completion.

• *Key Skills \& Competencies**

• Strong leadership, decision\-making, and team management capabilities.
• Excellent knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and allied MEP systems.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and project execution methodologies.
• Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and risk management.
• Excellent client\-facing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem\-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and travel to project sites as required.

• *Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

The performance of the MEP Project Head will be evaluated based on

• Timely completion of projects as per approved schedules.
• Adherence to approved project budgets and cost optimisation targets.
• Quality of MEP installations and compliance with technical specifications.
• Effective utilisation of manpower, materials, and other project resources.
• Successful testing, commissioning, and project handover.
• Client satisfaction and effective stakeholder management.
• Compliance with safety standards and reduction in site incidents.
• Accuracy and timeliness of project reporting and documentation.
