Sr. Marketing Executive

• *About the Role**

We are hiring a hands\-on Sr Marketing Executive who has built and run campaigns inside an agency environment and can juggle multiple clients without dropping the ball. You will own campaign strategy and execution across paid, organic, and outbound channels, working directly with B2B technology clients to build pipeline that actually converts. This is an execution\-first role for someone who is equally comfortable planning a strategy and getting into the platforms to run it.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Plan, execute, and optimize multi\-channel campaigns across paid ads, SEO, and email marketing.
• Manage several client accounts simultaneously, owning timelines, deliverables, and reporting for each.
• Build and run targeted outbound and account\-based marketing programs to generate qualified pipeline.
• Translate client business goals into clear marketing plans and measurable outcomes.
• Track performance, report on results, and continuously improve campaigns based on data.
• Coordinate with content, design, and outreach teams to keep campaigns moving on schedule.
• Stay current with B2B marketing trends, tools, and channel best practices.

• *Requirements**

• 4 to 6 years of marketing experience, with mandatory agency experience.
• Proven ability to handle multiple clients at once and manage competing priorities.
• Hands\-on expertise across paid ads, SEO, and email marketing.
• Solid understanding of B2B technology and how to market to technical and business buyers.
• Hands\-on ABM experience is a strong plus.
• Strong project management, communication, and reporting skills.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week from our Nanakramguda office.

Pay: ₹600,000\.00 \- ₹800,000\.00 per year
