• *The Role**

We're looking for a hands\-on marketing leader who loves building, executing, and making things happen. You'll work directly with the Head of marketing to shape Milestone's brand, grow our thought leadership, support our sales team, and position our products as leaders in AI search. You'll be supported by a marketing team including a coordinator who handles event logistics and scheduling, so you can focus on strategy, content, and execution that moves the needle. AI is changing how people discover and choose brands, and Milestone is at the center of it. We're looking for a hands\-on marketer who loves to write, build, and ship. You'll help shape how the market understands AI search, working closely with our leadership team.

• *What You'll Own**

• *Thought Leadership \& Content**

• Own and execute the thought leadership content calendar
• Produce webinars, articles, email campaigns, and executive content
• Pitch and secure speaking opportunities for Milestone executives at industry events
• Syndicate content into industry publications and channels

• *Events \& Partnerships**

• Support trade shows, customer events, and sponsorships
• Manage joint marketing programs with partners such as HSMAI, The Financial Brand, AI Hospitality Alliance, Choice Hotels, Preferred Hotels, Leading Hotels, and Historic Hotels

• *Brand \& Corporate Marketing**

• Keep the Milestone brand consistent across our website, presentations, collateral, and digital channels
• Draft corporate messaging and executive bylines, and maintain brand standards

• *Marketing Operations**

• Own HubSpot and marketing automation
• Measure campaign performance, marketing\-sourced pipeline, and ROI

• *What You'll Bring**

• 10\+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise technology marketing experience
• Proven success in product marketing, corporate marketing, content, events, and brand building
• Outstanding writing, storytelling, and communication skills
• Experience partnering with executive teams to build industry thought leadership
• A builder's mindset — you enjoy creating, improving, and executing, not just managing
• Experience in AI, digital marketing, hospitality, or enterprise software is a plus
