About the Role

NB Entrepreneurs is looking for a skilled PHP CRM Developer with practical knowledge of Vtiger CRM and ERPNext platforms. The candidate will be responsible for developing and customizing CRM/ERP applications, automating business processes, integrating third\-party systems, and providing technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PHP\-based applications and CRM solutions.
• Customize Vtiger CRM modules, workflows, layouts, fields, reports, and user permissions.
• Work on ERPNext customization, DocTypes, forms, workflows, and business processes.
• Integrate Vtiger CRM and ERPNext with third\-party applications using REST APIs.
• Develop custom features and automate business operations.
• Work with MySQL/MariaDB databases and optimize SQL queries.
• Troubleshoot bugs, resolve technical issues, and improve system performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand business requirements and implement technical solutions.
• Maintain documentation and provide ongoing application support.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Core PHP and object\-oriented programming.
• Practical knowledge of Vtiger CRM customization and development.
• Working knowledge of ERPNext and the Frappe Framework.
• Knowledge of Python and JavaScript for ERPNext customization.
• Experience with MySQL/MariaDB, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and AJAX.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and third\-party integrations.
• Familiarity with Git, debugging, and application security.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant experience in PHP development and CRM/ERP customization.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with hands\-on experience in Vtiger CRM, ERPNext, and business process automation will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
