• *Technical Project Manager or Squad Lead**

• *About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced **TPM/Squad Lead** to drive the development of a next\-generation **GenAI\-powered Assistant for IT Operations (ITO)** within the manufacturing domain. This role bridges **business understanding and technical execution**, ensuring that complex business requirements are translated into actionable technical deliverables for engineering teams.

As a Squad Lead, you will work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to **break down requirements, validate feasibility**, and **guide the delivery of Python\-based APIs, React web applications, and AWS\-native deployments enhanced with GenAI capabilities**.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Requirement Translation \& Grooming**
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture, clarify, and prioritize requirements.
• Translate business needs into **technical stories**, acceptance criteria, and design inputs.
• Ensure requirements are broken into well\-defined user stories consumable by engineers.
• **Technical Guidance \& Alignment**
• Work with Technical architects on HLD/LLD’s, Design documents \& supporting requirements traceability and sprint planning/execution per timelines.
• Work with developers on **Python\-based FastAPI backends, React front\-ends**, **Gen AI** and **AWS\-hosted microservices**.
• Explain functional requirements in **technical terms** for engineering teams.
• Provide guidance on integrating **GenAI services, prompt engineering, RAG, and vector database design**.
• **Quality Assurance \& Delivery Oversight**
• Define **test strategy, test cases, and acceptance criteria** for features.
• Ensure deliverables align with both **business value** and **technical standards**.
• Partner with QA engineers to validate functional, integration, and performance testing.
• Leadership \& Collaboration
• Act as the **first point of contact** for requirement clarifications.
• Mentor the squad on best practices in **DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment**.
• Promote agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, retrospectives) to ensure smooth execution.
• Innovation \& Best Practices
• Explore and recommend **GenAI patterns** for workflow automation and assistant design.
• Ensure **security, scalability, and compliance** in the AWS deployment environment.
• Drive continuous improvement in squad productivity, delivery quality, and DevEx.

• *Required Skills \& Experience**

• **Core Competencies**
• Strong in **software delivery, solution design, or squad leadership**.
• Strong experience in **translating business requirements into technical specifications**.
• Ability to **context\-switch between business, product, and engineering perspectives**.
• Technical Expertise
• Hands\-on understanding of **Python (FastAPI framework) and React.**
• Knowledge of **AWS services** (ECS/Lambda, S3, API Gateway, RDS/NoSQL, IAM).
• Familiarity with **CI/CD and DevOps pipelines**.
• **Experience in GenAI**– prompt engineering, vector databases Open Search, embeddings, and LLM integration.

• **Quality \& Delivery**
• Strong knowledge **of QA processes**, automated testing frameworks, and performance validation.
• Experience in **Agile delivery** and working within a multi\-squad or multi\-vendor environment.
• **Leadership \& Communication**
• Excellent skills in **stakeholder communication, documentation, and requirement workshops**.
• Experience mentoring developers and QA engineers, driving clarity in execution.
