• Test Website / Ecommerce / Mobile Application / Products.
• Define and implement **QA strategies, test plans, and testing processes** for web, e\-commerce, and mobile applications.
• Perform and oversee **manual and automated testing**, including functional, regression, integration, and end\-to\-end testing.
• Validate **business\-critical workflows**, especially e\-commerce features such as checkout, payments, promotions, refunds, and order management.
• Conduct **non\-functional testing**, including performance, security, usability, accessibility, and compatibility testing.
• Design, develop, and maintain **test automation frameworks**.
• Identify, document, and track defects; work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Analyze quality metrics and provide **release readiness and risk assessments**.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Design throughout the Agile/Scrum process.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of QA practices.
• Support project/production releases, post\-release validations, and root cause analysis for issues.
