Sr. Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced **Senior IT Recruiter** to lead end\-to\-end technical talent acquisition for our fast\-growing IT services and software engineering teams. In this role, you will act as a strategic business partner to engineering leaders and hiring managers, owning the full recruitment lifecycle from scoping roles to closing senior technical talent. \[1, 2, 3, 4, 5]**Key Responsibilities**

• **End\-to\-End Recruitment:** Manage full\-cycle IT recruitment (permanent and/or contract\-to\-hire \[C2H] staffing) for software development, cloud/DevOps, data engineering, QA, and leadership roles. \[1, 2, 3]
• **Hiring Manager Partnership:** Consult closely with engineering directors and department heads to define technical requirements, job specs, and selection rubrics. \[1, 2]
• **Multi\-Channel Sourcing:** Utilize LinkedIn Talent Solutions, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Naukri, and specialized developer networks to source active and passive candidates. \[1, 2]
• **Screening \& Assessment:** Conduct deep\-dive technical and behavioral screenings to evaluate candidate competency, cultural fit, and motivation. \[1, 2]
• **Candidate Experience \& Offer Management:** Own the candidate journey from initial outreach through interview coordination, feedback loops, compensation benchmarking, and offer roll\-outs. \[1]
• **Pipeline \& Metrics Tracking:** Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS, e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or Darwinbox) and report key hiring metrics (time\-to\-fill, source effectiveness, acceptance rates) to leadership. \[1, 2]
• **Employer Branding:** Represent the company culture at tech meetups, virtual career events, and digital channels to strengthen our market presence

Pay: ₹33,000\.00 \- ₹70,000\.00 per month
