Sr. Sales Executive

• *Location:** Thrissur, Kerala

Key Responsibilities

• *1\. Customer Relationship Management**

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct regular customer follow\-ups to ensure satisfaction and understand business requirements.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Develop strong product knowledge and communicate product features, benefits and applications effectively.

• *2\. Sales and Business Development**

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.

• Visit prospective and existing customers regularly.

• *3\. Field Sales Activities**

• Conduct regular field visits to meet customers, prospective clients and project representatives.
• Arrange product presentations and explain product applications.
• Expand the customer base and strengthen the company's market presence in the assigned region.

• *4\. Payment Follow\-up**

• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers for timely collection.
• Ensure payments are collected within the agreed credit period.
• Coordinate with the accounts team regarding pending dues.

• *5\. Market Research and Reporting**

• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.
• Identify potential business opportunities and new markets.
• Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

• *Qualifications and Experience**

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Experience in a similar industry or B2B sales environment will be preferred.
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle preferred, if required for field visits.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
