We are looking for a dynamic \*Senior Sales Executive\* with proven experience in Real Estate. The candidate should have strong \*sourcing and closing skills\*, excellent communication, and be tech\-savvy with AI tools to drive sales for our residential projects.

\*Key Responsibilities\*

1\. \*Lead Generation \& Sourcing\*: Generate leads through digital, references, CPs, site visits, and databases

2\. \*Sales \& Closing\*: Handle site visits, property presentations, negotiations and close deals for Apartments/Villas

3\. \*Client Relationship\*: Build long\-term relationships with clients and ensure post\-sales coordination

4\. \*Market Research\*: Track competitor pricing, inventory, and market trends in Mumbai

5\. \*CRM Management\*: Update daily activities, leads, and follow\-ups in CRM accurately

6\. \*Digital Communication\*: Engage clients via \*WhatsApp Business, Email, Calls\* and share property details, brochures, videos

7\. \*AI \& Tech Usage\*: Use \*ChatGPT / AI tools\* for drafting proposals, client messages, property content, and improving productivity

8\. \*Target Achievement\*: Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals

\*Required Skills \& Qualifications\*

\- \*Education\*: Graduate in any field. MBA preferred

\- \*Experience\*: Minimum \*3 to 5 years\* in Real Estate Sales in Mumbai

\- \*Age\*: 25 to 35 Years

\- \*Personality\*: Good personality, presentable, confident, and target\-driven

\- \*Communication\*: \*Excellent verbal \& written communication skills\* in English \+ Hindi

\- \*Technical Skills\*

\- \*Excellent knowledge of Computers\* \- MS Office, Excel, PPT

\- Proficient in \*CRM Software\*

\- Hands\-on with \*WhatsApp Business\* for client engagement

\- Working knowledge of \*ChatGPT / AI tools\* for sales content \& automation

\- \*Other\*: Own conveyance preferred. Willing to work on weekends
