Sr. Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Promote and sell diabetic footwear and other assigned medical products to patients and customers.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and usage.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Generate sales leads through patient enquiries, referrals, and follow\-up calls.
• Follow up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with clinical, front office, pharmacy, and operations teams as required.
• Monitor product availability and coordinate with the concerned department for stock requirements.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and billing details as per hospital procedures.
• Maintain customer databases, sales records, and follow\-up details.
• Prepare and submit daily sales MIS reports to the reporting manager.
• Collect customer feedback and ensure professional customer service.
• Follow hospital policies, approved pricing guidelines, and professional standards. 3\. Required Skills
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong customer handling and negotiation skills.
• Product presentation and sales skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Ability to prepare sales reports and MIS.
• Good coordination, follow\-up, and time\-management skills.

Educational Qualification

• Minimum qualification: Any Degree.
• Candidates with a background in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or Customer Service are preferred.

Ability to commute/relocate

• Kilpauk, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
