Job Description
Are you a chemical enthusiast looking to kickstart your career in industrial B2B sales? We are seeking an energetic and technically sound **Executive – Technical Sales**. In this role, you won't just be selling products—you will be consulting clients, executing product trials on\-site, and finding real\-world applications for our high\-impact performance additives.
- *We Are Hiring: Executive – Technical Sales (Performance Additives)**
- *Location:** Chembur (Mumbai)
- *Experience:** Max 2 yrs relevant experience
- *Compensation:** (Based on expertise)
- *Work Schedule:** Mon–Fri (10:30 AM – 7:00 PM) \| Sat (10:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
- *What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities)**
- **Identify Applications:** Scout for business opportunities and applications for performance additives across diverse domains like metal cleaning, specialty coatings, degreasing, and flame retardants.
- **Technical Consultation:** Evaluate potential customer requirements and recommend tailored product solutions to help them hit performance metrics.
- **On\-Site Field Trials:** Conduct hands\-on field and pilot trials directly at customer sites to validate product performance and efficiency.
- **Maintain Standards:** Stay updated on testing and safety regulations required for seamless pilot\-scale trials.
- **Commercial Support:** Coordinate with back\-office and internal sales teams to smoothly handle transactions after a successful trial phase.
- **Client Retention:** Handle post\-sales customer queries and technical troubleshooting to build long\-term trust.
- **Market Insights \& Reporting:** Perform ongoing market research on alternative performance additives, coordinate with chemical manufacturers, and submit monthly operational summaries.
- *Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)**
- **Education:** B.Tech, B.Sc. in Chemistry, a Diploma in Chemical Engineering, or a closely related technical qualification., B Pharma , Diploma in Pharma
- **Skills:** Excellent communication, strong analytical thinking, eagerness to travel, and a passion for working directly on the field with technical components.
